Spawns without wheels or tires (before you ask, yes I have the legacy tires mod)
I found out how to fix it you just need to press escape, go to vehicle config, click the arrow next to body, scroll down to suspension and click the arrow next to that, and click wheels. (The best size wheels to go with are probably 20 inch rims)
when i load the car frame is just too low car tires are spinning so fking fast
